Ok, sometimes you don’t really want to. The rest of the family might still be asleep, and it is your holiday, after all. But by waking up only a tad earlier, putting on your workout clothes we guarantee that you will get off to a great start. Energy lasting all the way till the next morning! Bring your kids, or let them to snooze for just a while longer and pick up breakfast on your way back.
Our workouts and activities rise in popularity with each year! For a couple of years back we have collaborated with Actic. Actic is Sweden’s second largest fitness center operator with over 120 facilities throughout the country. We're happy and proud to have them on board!Do not miss out on training from their professional instructors, there will be workout every day of the week – completely free of charge for overnight guests!
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions we are unfortunately forced to limit the number of participators in each workout to a maximum of 50 people. As long as these restrictions are in place you have to book your spot. During booking please give us name, e-mail, telephone number, booking number, and plot or lodging number.

A great dance class with new dance moves for every song. Every Tuesday morning, we host a dance party with exuberant joy of movement and a feeling for music. It suits everyone beginners and experienced participants alike. We focus on moving to the music because we know everyone can dance.

Every Thursday we have circuit training on the beach. We combine both strength, cardio, and functional training. The exercises can be adapted to suit everyone.

Yoga for all levels; both for you who have never done yoga before and for you who have practiced yoga for many years. Classic yoga postures to increase mobility and body knowledge. Bring something to lie on like a blanket or towel.
