Yes, it might feel like a bit of an effort sometimes. The rest of the family might still be asleep – and it is your holiday, after all. But just get up a little earlier, put on your workout clothes, and enjoy a fantastic start to the day! And if you’re not a morning person, join one of our afternoon sessions – or come along for an evening SUP paddle.

Our training activities are growing more popular every year! For several seasons now, we’ve been proudly collaborating with Actic, Sweden’s second-largest fitness chain with over 120 gyms nationwide. Now, their professional instructors come to us several times a week – completely free of charge for our overnight guests.

Lap Swimming
Every day from 8:15 to 9:00 AM, the pool is reserved for lap swimming.
For those who want to start the day with a workout that's both gentle and effective.
Forty-five minutes where everyone is welcome – just no jumping or splashing like the rest of the day.

Pilates
Treat yourself to a moment of calm and strengthening exercise!
Pilates focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance through controlled movements and mindful breathing.
The training strengthens your core, improves posture, and leaves your whole body feeling great.
Suitable for both beginners and experienced participants.
Bring something to lie on – like a towel, blanket, or yoga mat – and enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself!

Family Fitness
Training for the whole family! A station-based workout where we combine strength, cardio, and functional training in fun and challenging intervals.
With or without equipment, timed exercises are performed with varying rest periods – a high-energy and action-packed experience for both kids and adults.


Water Aerobics
Start your day with a refreshing workout in the pool!
Water aerobics combines cardio, strength, core stability, flexibility, and balance in a gentle and fun way. Perfect for everyone – regardless of fitness level! MTB
Every Thursday all summer, join Jonas for a mountain biking course. Bring your own bike if you have one – we have a few you can rent.

Together, we’ll explore the MTB trails in Breared – ideal for both beginners and those ready to take the next step. Winding paths, technical sections, and scenic views make every pedal stroke worth it.



Tabata
