EGG HUNTING AND SPRING FEELINGS
Easter
Easter always feels like spring, no matter when it falls. This year, Easter is in early April. If we’re lucky, a few wood anemones will be in bloom, the grill will be fired up regardless, kids will be running around in T-shirts far too early, and for many it will be the first swim of the year. Oh yes — for you too :) As always, it’s full speed ahead here, so feel free to book already now — it’s likely to sell out. It always does. All Easter activities are included when you stay with us!

Maundy Thursday, 2 April

PAINT YOUR OWN EGG CUP | 2:00–4:30 PM | ACTIVITY CENTRE
Unleash your creativity and paint your own egg cup. The activity runs between 2:00 and 4:30 PM, with 20 children at a time. When one child is finished, the next little artist is invited in. We provide egg cups, brushes and paint – you bring imagination and patience.

KIDS’ CINEMA | 5:00–6:00 PM | SOLVIKEN
As evening approaches, we turn one of Solviken’s venues into our very own cinema. The projector lights up, popcorn is ready and Winnie the Pooh is waiting as “Springtime with Roo” starts rolling. Join us in the Hundred Acre Wood, where little Roo longs to celebrate Easter – but Rabbit has other plans and cancels the whole celebration…

Good Friday, 3 April

SAUSAGE GRILLING WITH THE EASTER BUNNY | 11:00 AM–1:00 PM | GRILL HUT
Step inside, feel the warmth of the fire and enjoy the togetherness. We provide the fire and accompaniments – you bring whatever you want to grill. Around noon, the Easter Bunny hops by with the popular Spring Bingo, a fun activity for the whole family!

FACE PAINTING | 2:00–3:00 PM | NISSES BODEGA
Our activity leaders transform the kids into cute Easter bunnies, fluffy chicks – or perhaps an Easter unicorn or Easter Spider-Man?

EASTER BINGO FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY | 3:30 PM | NISSES BODEGA
The Easter bunnies take over Nisses Bodega. Bring the whole family and join a round of Easter bingo! Fun, competition and Easter spirit come together in one joyful bingo mix. Maybe you’ll be the first to shout “BINGO!” and win an egg-stra special prize.

KIDS’ CINEMA | 5:00–7:00 PM | SOLVIKEN
Join the brave bunny Judy Hopps, who despite being small dreams of becoming a police officer in the big city of Zootropolis. Together with the clever fox Nick Wilde, she sets off on an exciting adventure to solve a mysterious case and prove that no dream is too big.

Easter Saturday, 4 April

THE EASTER DIP | 10:00 AM | THE BEACH
Easter Saturday starts with a refreshing shock to the system! We gather on the beach for the most delightful swim of the year. Bring swimwear, a towel and plenty of Easter courage. Afterwards, warm drinks and great vibes await.

EASTER TWIG WORKSHOP | 11:00 AM–1:00 PM | ACTIVITY CENTRE
Create colourful Easter decorations using twigs. Paint, craft decorations and let your imagination flow. A creative moment for both children and adults. Families are welcomed continuously until the Activity Centre is full – when one family finishes, the next one comes in :)

THE GREAT EGG HUNT | 3:00 PM | ACTIVITY CENTRE
The Easter Bunny has been busy again… and magical eggs are hidden all around Apelviken! Solve clever challenges, collect the numbers and work together through an Easter adventure full of surprises. Can you crack the code to open the great treasure chest?

EASTER DISCO | 6:00–7:30 PM | ACTIVITY CENTRE
Scarves, aprons or bunny ears on – it’s time for the Easter disco! We invite all little Easter witches and bunnies to an evening full of dancing, games and music at the Activity Centre. Show off your best moves and enjoy a night bursting with Easter joy!

MAGIC WAND WORKSHOP | 10:00 AM | ACTIVITY CENTRE
Do the Easter witches flying to Blåkulla have magic wands? Hmm, magic wands are pretty cool though. Come and create your own magical wand – perfect for sweeping away all obstacles on the road to Blåkulla. The activity starts with a walk to find the perfect wand stick.

Midsummer. Just taste that word... is there anything better? Midsummer. In the middle of summer, the strawberries, the food, the joy, the games and the magical Midsummer night! With seven flowers under your pillow. When you go for a midnight swim, in a moment you wish would never end. At Destination Apelviken, we host a proper Midsummer celebration. Classic Swedish Midsummer, with no shortcuts.
