Ok, sometimes you don’t really want to. The rest of the family might still be asleep, and it is your holiday, after all. But by waking up only a tad earlier, putting on your workout clothes we guarantee that you will get off to a great start. Energy lasting all the way till the next morning! Bring your kids, or let them to snooze for just a while longer and pick up breakfast on your way back.
Our workouts and activities rise in popularity with each year! For a couple of years back we have collaborated with Actic. Actic is Sweden’s second largest fitness center operator with over 120 facilities throughout the country. We're happy and proud to have them on board!Do not miss out on training from their professional instructors, there will be workout every day of the week – no reserveation is necessary, just come by.

MONDAY | 9.00 | AQUA BY ACTIC | THE POOL
Classic water aerobics that train cardiovascular endurance, core stability, strength, flexibility, and balance during the class. Actic's inspiring Aqua classes are performed in the pool without equipment.
TUESDAY | 9.00 | JUST DANCE BY ACTIC | THE BEACH
A fun dance class with new dance styles for every song. Every Tuesday morning, we have a dance party with a lot of joy of movement and feeling in the music. Suitable for everyone - beginners and experienced alike. The focus is on the joy of moving to music on the beach, because we know that everyone can dance.
WEDNESDAY | 9.00 | AQUA TABATA BY ACTIC | THE POOL
A high-intensity workout with strength and cardio exercises. We use Tabata intervals, where the same exercise is repeated 6-8 times for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Suitable for everyone but it requires both cardiovascular endurance and strength.

The class for all generations! Playful elements are mixed here to invite joy in exercising and moving. We offer different setups that everyone can participate in. You will get both exercise and quality time together! Bring something to lie on if you want to avoid grass stains.
THURSDAY | 9.00 | T.O.D. BY ACTIC | THE BEACH
A class based on various formats such as AMRAP, intervals, or EMOM. The purpose is to train the whole body with functional exercises.
FRIDAY | 9.00 | AQUA CIRCUIT BY ACTIC | THE POOL
Here, the body is challenged with exercises focused on cardiovascular endurance, strength, and mobility. Circuit training where we work with 10 exercises repeated for 3 rounds. Each exercise is held for 45 seconds.

SATURDAY | 9.00 | TABATA BY ACTIC | THE BEACH
Challenge your strength and cardiovascular endurance in classic Tabata intervals of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Varied exercises for the entire body where you perform according to your own ability. Bring something to lie on, a towel works well.
SUNDAY | 9.00 | YOGA BY ACTIC | BEACH
Classic yoga positions are performed separately or in a sequence to strengthen the body, increase our mobility and body awareness. Training for body and mind balance and harmony. Bring something to lie on. If you don't have a yoga mat, a towel works well.
